Appeals to the immigration tribunal
We will quote our fixed fee to you after taking full instructions and determining he complexity of your case. However an average fee for such a service is approximately £1,500 including our representation and advocacy at your tribunal hearing.
Our quoted professional fee for appeals work does not include tribunal/expert/interpreter fees
It includes all attendances and written/telephone correspondence with you and relevant third parties; consideration, preparation and submission of the appeal bundle to the Tribunal and relevant parties, informing you of key dates, copies of documents and postage.
Appeals work normally has the following stages:
1. Full initial assessment and written advice on your options and relative merits of these
2. Lodging appeal, taking statements and collating evidence, obtaining expert evidence where appropriate
3. Lodging appeal bundle and dealing with tribunal directions
4. Advocacy at the tribunal hearing
5. Advice on outcome and merits of next steps.
